I went to this store three different occasions to get linoleum. First time waited a hr after asking for assistance n no one cld come second time I waited 40 minutes n got frustrated n left. Went last night on a Tuesday evening again bad experience. Had to wait 25 minutes for the guy to get off lunch to roll the machine so we cld look at options. And only after the girl called fora manager assistance did he finally come! I believe if she didn't I wld still be there waiting.! The guy did what he had to do to cut the flooring for me but pretty much had me irritated once he didn't want to pull the plastic off so I cld actually view the roll as a whole vs peeking a square sample!! Now after being there 1.25 hrs for something that cld of been 30 at the most I was frustrated. Head to the register n at the least 5 employees putting product on shelf are blocking the isle. All looking at me but instead of moving I had to attempt to move their stuff n say excuse me before they decided to pitch in!! Get the register n see my tag says $11.15 a square ft and says I got 20.5 square ft! I ordered 15.25!! And the actual price was $1.25 that's a huge difference! I flipped called the manager n basically unloaded on him about his store. ( poor guy) he was anight manager LARRY and was very professional because he listened to my concerns and was calm and actually acted like he cared!! For that I'm grateful. He did compensate me for my 3 trips!! And I am thankful for that as well I wld have given this store 1 star for the power being on if it wasn't for the managers customer service and offering further assistance and for the girl who came to help us after the long wait even tho she had no clue about flooring. They both are applauded for outstanding service. Thank u. For each of the I gave this store a star rating it a 2.

Bought washer and drier from this store and didn't get the delivery on the scheduled date. Called the warehouse people and was told on the delivery date that the delivery address is wrong and I had to wait another week to get my delivery. Can home depot just be a little accurate on providing the address?!!!!!!!!

Both sales people that I spoke to were helpful and knowledgeable. Needs a clearance section for plants though.

Everyone was very helpful and Clint in the tool department gave excellent advice on which tool would best fit my needs.
