It was a wonderful experience having a gender reveal cake made here. Frank and Anna made sure we were happy every step of the way and delivered us a beautiful and delicious cakes. HIGHLY recommend for all party cakes and baked goods

Love Franca. They did a wonderful job for my son's first birthday cake. I had a design in mind and they translated it to the cake beautifully. And of course it tasted amazing!

Great pastries and bread, and friendly staff.  Unfortunately, it's unclear if Franca Bakery may have permanently closed its doors.  Around 8 months ago they closed their stall at the Trenton Farmer's Market and there had been a sign on the storefront since that time saying that they are "closed for a bit."  I'm hoping they are still planning to reopen, but it has been so many months now that I am not optimistic.

I LOVE Their pastries ! Rosemary foccacia is very good . I get my " Saturday treats " here !

It's okay, tasty, however, the whipped cream was higher on the cake than the cake was, they gave more whipped cream than cake...
