Ordered through an online website and the flowers looked NOTHING like the picture I ordered. Said they didn't have the flowers requested but would do a "Florist's Choice". Flowers were NOTHING like I ordered. Colors didn't match at all. Ordered and paid for two balloons and only got one. It was terrible. DO NOT USE!

I ordered an arrangement for my wife for our anniversary. I got a call the day of the delivery stating that they did not have what I ordered and they would just "put something nice together". I got an email saying that the order was delivered, it was not. I have received no reason why it marked as delivered and was not. UNACCEPTABLE!!

I received a years worth of flowers for my birthday last year. Every month, they were supposed to deliver to my job on the 24th of the month. The flowers were constantly late, to the point that I would have to call them 2 weeks later and remind them of my flower delivery. A customer shouldn't have to worry about whether or not the product is delivered. If that was the case, someone would arrange a separate delivery each month. They did not offer a discount for buying a year in advance. Several months, the flowers were already wilted the day they were delivered, making me think that they made them up on time but just didn't deliver them. I do not recommend using this florist!

Looked like they got a 9.99 bunch of flowers from Kroger or Wal-Mart put in a vase and delivered to me. Cheap no design, very disappointed.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. I've had good luck with every other local flower shop I've ordered flowers from before. I ordered flowers for a sick family member to be delivered the day they arrived home from the hospital. The order did not arrive. When I tried calling the next day (Saturday) no one answered the phone (even though weekends were listed as delivery dates on the website) and there was not even an outgoing message. When I called on Monday, I was assured someone would check into it and get back to me. Never happened.
