Thank you Alexa for the courteous service we were given today by you and for the beautiful and delicious birthday arrangement for my daughter!  It was a big hit at her party this evening and most importantly, she loved it!  The arrangement was fresh, perfectly made, and almost too pretty to eat!!  We appreciate all you did for us and look forward to ordering from you again!

I just had the worst experience ever. I order from this location often and I placed an order online. The time options it gave online were 6:00, 6:30, and 7:00. I placed the order for 6. Only to be called and told that my order couldn't be fillee by 6. I told the employee that I could get the order later on tonight but wouldn't be able to pick it up on another day that's why I chose today to pick it up. She advised rudely " we cut the chocolate machine off at 3:00 so we won't waste chocolate!" I told her that should be on the website somewhere only for her to say that the website is misleading. So if this store can't fill orders after 3 that information should be placed on the  website somewhere instead of an option for someday pick up after 3:00.

Placed a Mother's Day order for pickup. Left instructions that were followed exactly. When my wife picked it up she said the worker was friendly. The order was 100% correct. I am actually 8000 miles from Arkansas on another continent so good job guys.

This is a joke.  Don't use this service!
They drive up to your home with an unmarked car and expect you to answer.  They leave a card on the door to call. I called within 5 minutes of delivery and sorry they can't get in touch with driver. This isn't 1960, text or email if you have a delivery.  They should have a 1/2 star.
