Good selection of Italian hot foods, desserts, hot drinks, and pastries. It is pretty authentic, price is fair, staff are helpful but lots of rude customers that expects to be treated like royalty. I've see some that verbally abuses staff because they want it to be quick and some that takes time to make like veal sandwiches and cutting deli with sharp equipment takes time and can't be rushed. If you are one of these rude customers, please don't go to this restaurant and go for McDonald's. They don't need toxic customers that could care less about other's safety only to benefit their own. Overall, great little place for authentic Italian food.

Really good food and also surprisingly affordable. I'm used to downtown Toronto prices where it costs $6 for a pastry so I was surprised to get a danish for under $3 that tasted amazing.

Highly recommend this place. Lunch was fantastic as well.

There's a decent selection of quality desserts and hot food, and they are reasonably priced. The pasta and chicken cutlet sandwich are my go-to's. They also bake really delicious cakes; the strawberry shortcake and pistachio cake are some of the best I've had in the area. For simple slabs, they take orders with relatively short notice; this is especially convenient when you're pressed for time!

The food there is really good. Cute cakes and pastries. They also have pastas and other foods. Some of the staff can be a little rude though. It's great food, but some of them can definitely act like you're bothering by asking for certain foods.

Four stars simply because the way most of the staff act towards customers isn't the best, actually it's not good at all. Some staff are quite pleasant but I can say that it's one girl in particular. But the food is great, and the cannoli is THE best! especially the vanilla custard (which is made upon request)
