Probably by far the worst service I've gotten at a HK bakery. Even being Cantonese my self they were extremely rude.

My girlfriend and I decided to stop by on our way to the highway, because we were craving egg tarts. We asked for them to be put into two separate bags rather than squished into one so we can have them on the road. The lady (owner I assume) looked at us with disgust, and asked us what we meant. I simply asked for two small food-grad bags. Being a food manufacturing owner myself I knew that these bags cost south of a penny. After asking for the fourth time, she looked me straight in the eye and stuffed both the egg tarts into the bag and crammed them together into a paste, as if to say "up yours." Suffice to say we did not eat them.

The rest of the products were awful tasting, of old oil, and animal fats. I would recommend any one with a bit of self-respect to stay away and not to put yourself through this.

This bakery has gone down hill.  Before, when you purchased your buns they would individually pack each one separately in a plastic cellophane bag. Now, they just stuff them in together.  As for the taste quality of the buns, they've deteriorated as well.  Had the BBQ buns and I'd swear the meat inside were just left over scraps. The curry buns were just as bad; it was really salty. To top it off the buns are smaller in size now.

Rude service. I asked what a certain item contained, the girl looked at me as if the Chinese writing was self explanatory to someone who doesn't know Chinese. Yes, they have one English word, however I do not feel it was remotely indictive of what was being served. 

They don't wash their trays, and when I refused to use it, the girl was very snappy with me, even though it's her job to deliver some sort of customer service. 

I was not satisfied by any means.  They should learn English so the next time someone is confused, they can explain.

(*UPDATE* I visited on a Sunday and got their pineapple buns to get home and find out the crust on it was absolutely terrible tasting and smelling. not sure what they did to it. I have been going there for months but will not be back after that happened) .....I really enjoy everything from this bakery, and the staff have always been very nice from my experience. The prices are great for the quality that you receive and they have a good variety.

Rude & Dirty. 

They expect you to use their unclean trays to put your food on. They don't have any explanations as to how to actually get your food, they just expect you to know.

And they are blatantly rude when you ask for direction. Maybe it's their lack of barely being able to communicate in our language.
