Ongoing issues regarding grass all over monuments despite numerous complaints to George Washington Cemetery personnel. Worst incident occurred on Mother's Day in 2016 when the monument was completely covered in wet grass. Upon calling to complain, I received the pathetic response of “We'll see what we can do” from Phil who obviously does not understand customer service, nor the meaning of perpetual care. He attempted to justify it by stating they didn't have time to cut , as well as blow the grass before Mother's Day due to rain a couple days before.  Thereafter, I stated the obvious by saying planning and proper management of contractor and subcontractor companies should be immediately addressed.  Moreover, I have witnessed trash strewn around grounds, which is completely unacceptable. Would definitely not recommend burying your loved ones at this location as George Washington Cemetery and Service Corporation International who manages them care about nothing except your money! In summary, you will receive rude customer service and horrible groundskeeping with this cemetery!

Horrible, horrible experience. No return calls, no follow through on commitments. In more than 50 years on this planet it was the worst company I've ever dealt with. I cannot fathom how they stay in business.

These guys are crooks. My loved ones (uncle and aunt), who were cremated, wish to have their ashes placed in the same plot. There's an upcharge of $1,946. To be buried in two separate plots is less expensive. How does that make sense? Everything you hear bad about the death experience and the way one can be negatively treated at the cemetery has occurred at this location to my family.

Horrible experience, crushes the flowers into the dirt after the burial😡😡.The day the of the  burial we put crowns down and a soccer ball I put down , a week we came back it's gone.

I was so pleased to work with them, Mr.Will made our experience  very easy in our time of grieving.  Our little angel lays in The Garden of Angels. The only thing is if I could change his burial  site I would because it's close to the pond and there's duck poop on it all the time. I would move it further up. But overall I would highly recommend  them.
