I had been going here regularly but have had a pretty sub-par experience the last few times I've been there.  First, they use WAY too much shine on the dash, even when you ask them to go easy on it.  Also, the last time I was in I paid for them to wash all four mats in my truck (super easy since they're the rubber all weather ones) and guess what, they didn't touch them.  Didn't even look like they even vacuumed the damn thing.  AND that was after having paid for the second highest tier of wash they had.  
Won't be going back, which is too bad because I like supporting local businesses and I used to like this location.

The people who actually washed my car were fantastic! (This is why they earned the extra star). "Management" and the young lady who took my ticket were insufferable. Had to haggle many times. This was my second visit. The first time I visited I spent a lot of money but was promised I would be taken care of as "a fellow veteran". The second time they tried to nickel and dime me for everything and spent more than I wanted. I wish I could just directly pay the hands on staff. Won't be going back.

Waited 35 minutes for my car to come around while cars that came in after me came and went. The guy who wrote the ticket was not happy when I wouldn't get my windshield replaced and he never wrote on the window what level of car wash I bought, so they just did the basic until I told them I paid for the VIP wash. They are always trying to upsell and get you to have your windshield replaced. Complained to the manager. He gave me a card for a free wash. When I left and turned on the radio, it was full blast and so was the a/c. Realized by looking at my mpg meter they must have had my car running for the full time. I'll go back for the free wash, but probably not after that. Not a happy camper.

There hours start at 7.30 not 7.00 am .wished they correct. They are always trying to upsell.it is centrally  located. They do a decent job but YOU  need to review your car before leaving and ask them to touch up

Had a good experience here!  Price was pretty high, but they get your car super clean.  Don't give in to high pressure sells and they may give you a discount.  I recommend going during the week for a cheaper price and also when they are less busy so they can take their time on your car.
