Came down for a wash was greeted with a nice smile friend gentlemen who explained the washes the staff inside was so friendly greeted with a good morning and smile, the workers moved fast and quality was amazing my car look clean and ready for the weekend. When I pick up my car with smiles from the manager and thank me for coming in! Now this is what I call good customer service !!!

I have been coming here for year I truly love this place they never let me down and the staff is amazing. Best prices in town and there detailing wow made my car look brand new. Also all my whole family comes here as well and love them also. Try them out you won't be desapointed.

If I could give less stars I would. I have visited this location several times in the past with my truck and have had decent experiences. I visited Monday February 19th, 2018. The place was dead when I showed up, only two other vehicles were there before me. It took a minute for someone to come out and greet me when I pulled up and ask what service I wanted for my truck. As normal I was then berated by the auto glass guy who I have zero interest in speaking with. I grab my stuff and head inside to pay. I get the ultimate car wash which was 32.99. I pay and head to the front waiting area to wait for my truck to be pulled up front.   I don't notice until later, but at some point while vacuuming my truck they rolled down my left rear window and ran my truck through the car wash with the window down. 

As I watch these women clean my truck, I notice the window is down and I really hope it wasn't down the whole wash... The women cleaning truck hit my left rear door with the hanging air hose, and they close the air hose in my door which made a pretty ugly banging sound when it got stuck between the door and frame. 

I am called to claim my truck and my fears are confirmed when I open my back door and the back seat is soaking wet. 

This is your job, this is your company. Have pride in your work, like how can you run someone's vehicle through the car wash with the window open? I am offered a free carwash as compensation which I would never trust this company to ever touch my vehicle ever again. 

I truly hope everything in my truck dries correctly otherwise I will be in contact with the owners about them fixing my 2 year old truck.

The people were kind so this review is not about customer service but service to my car. Reality is an exterior was is as cheap as 3-6 dollars. So when I pay 25 it’s for you to clean the interior well. That was NOT the case. As you can see things were left under the seat and vacuuming was sub par. Will not be going to ANY Francis and Sons again....

We got my wife's car for exterior detail and interior detail.  The car was there almost 5 hours.  When we got the car back.  The exterior looked like a rushed job done by a amatuer.  The interior was absolutely soaked and that was one of the items i mentioned before agreeing to this. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE.
