This is a very good full service car wash. They also offer oil changes and other work for your car. The inside waiting area is always spotless and comfortable. The people inside are very friendly and remember the when I visit. The outside waiting area is comfortable but noisy since it is next to the detailing garage and the place where they hand dry and finish cleaning the interior after the wash. I took off a star because it is not a brushless car wash. And, they always try to up sell you on other services like waxing when you first drop off your car. They are very polite and don't push too hard like other places. And, they actually give some really good deals. But, it is something that I sometimes find irritating. This is not meant to be a negative against the workers. They are very friendly and just doing their job. It is just a personal thing that sometimes bugs me no matter where I go.

First time using them. Did a great job. Fast. Tuesday is evidently Ladies Day, so received a $2 discount. I'd go back.

Went in for a wash, was up sold to the wax and interior detail but was given a sale at 99.99, they told me they could get it done over my lunch hour and when I picked it up, there was still 45 minutes left to finish it.  The manager Caleb comped me a free wash and wax. 

On my return back, I left my car to pick it up and the wind shield wiper motor was off track.  I have a 98 corvette that requires the hood to be up to pick up the drivers side blade.  They didn't do that,  instead it was pulled up by hand and now the motor track is off. I brought it to the managers attention and all they did was pull a fuse and call it good.  Now I don't have fictional wipers and in the hole to replace the motor on my blades.  

These guys over promise and under deliver.  With quick and rushed shady sales tactics you'd think they could deliver on their quality of work or future customer relations.  I wouldn't recommend them you anyone and they've lost my business.

Was disappointed in getting my oil changed as the technician could not figure out how to reset the 'maintenance required'. I had a friend come by as we were going to go to lunch together and we figured it out by Googling it in less than 5 minutes. The technicians work on these cars all day everyday. Car Wash was okay, left some areas to be vacuumed, and dirt /oil on the bottom of the car that could be easily wiped off with a rag. Was told some excuse as to why they didn't clean it on both sides of the car. I will not be back!

Went for the basic car wash and they told me I needed to pay for the 8.99 one instead of the 4.99. The reason? There were bird droppings on my car and their brushes couldn't handle it. 

Are you kidding me? Is dirt not allowed either? This place is awful, best take your business to a car wash actually worthy of it.
