Expensive for what they perform. Even though most of the people drying the vehicles one is advised to check it over. To have the interior even wiped, one has to upgrade to the $24.99 package & when i did, i still had to clean my dirty arm rest between the 2 front seats myself. They just give it a quick wipe but do not touch the actual dirt.

I’m so disappointed in this location. I’ve been a customer for many years beginning in Scottsdale but moved to Mesa over 2 years ago and began having my cars washed here. For one of our cars we always do the hand wash and they have always been inconsistent on what they charge and today was off the charts! They wanted to charge $45 for a corvette to be hand washed with tire dressing. I told them we always paid no more than $25. They agreed to charge $30 but wanted $5 more for tire dressing!  I said no thanks and left. Went to Cobble stone on Higley and southern and was charged $24.99 plus $2 for tires. The quality of the was was outstanding and the people we friendly with a beautiful facility to wait in. Bye bye F & S! You’ve lost a solid customer.

$170 for 20 minutes worth of work. The intake guy said one thing. After paying two others said I needed another $180 worth of work done. I felt like I was getting "the bums rush" when it was all over. Buyer beware!

I have been using Francis and Sons since 2011, they do a great job. '11 2011 Infiniti G37S Coupe, '98 Jaguar xk8 coupe, 2004 Chevy monte Carlo.... they have detailed both interior and exterior of my cars. I have used the one on Kyrene Rd in Tempe and now the one on Main in Mesa. Tried other places, no comparison.
