This place is busy and there is a reason why. Because it's that good and people know it! not only do you have several choices of how you can get your vehicle washed and with a wash for every budget there is no reason to not have a nice clean dust free car here in the Phoenix area as this is just one of several locations! After you go through the car wash make sure and use the dry towels they provide to wipe down any spots and water streaks as your continues to dry off. Clean and detail the interior using the free vacuums and air wand for getting all that hard to reach dust out of your vents, dash board nook and crannies that you would normally skip! Best deal is to get the monthly pass and always keep your car looking great!

Nicco in the oil change department exemplifies customer service and professionalism. He knows everything about what your vehicle needs to stay in top running performance!  I recommend seeing him for your next oil change.

I have been going to this car wash for about 2 years now. I went to go get a car wash today and it turns out I have been getting charged for the "fast pass" for roughly a year now and I had no idea. So not only was I getting charged for the fast pass but I was also paying each time I got a car wash. Originally, the worker only told me I had to pay 6 dollars to get free washes a month. Never told me that I wasn't going to get charged monthly after.

Terrible customer service.  Our windshield was shattered and damage to our vehicle occurred while getting our car washed.  At 1st the manager refused to come out of his office. When he did finally come out (only upon our stating we were calling the police) he was defensive and stated over and over that he didn't care and that the company wasn't responsible.  We insisted on filing a report and after some resistance he finally agreed to let us fill out a claim form.  Even then he kept saying that we could fill out the form but he didn't really care and that the company wouldn't take care of the damage.  If I treated customers the way this manager treats his customers I wouldn't expect to be in business for long.  This manager needs some serious training.  Use this car wash at your own risk.

Love this car wash. I bought a monthly membership. The vacuums work great and they have microber towels you can use while there.
