Excellent service with great interior detail. Family owned and operated , which means they take great pride on their customer service! I tend to purchase The Works package which is well worth the cost. It lasts me 2 weeks or more before I need another detail. Their staff is very friendly and always there to greet or assist you! Their fast and efficient!

Asked the shady manager for a rain check since it started raining right after I got my car washed. The manager just taking people money instead of putting cones up and staying closed. I am sure he knew the weather for the day.  I  was not thinking to check since it never rains here. No courtesy or rain check. Oh yes, they did not prep wash the bumper or wheels like other car washes will do.

Francis and Sons is one of the cleanest most convenient car spas in Scottsdale. I've been using their wash card programs for years. Their competitors no longer dry my vehicle after quick washes. This place always takes the extra step to ensure my car leaves their lot without water marks or steaks. Great place for quick or VIP washes.

I went in for a car wash about a week ago and it was fast, easy and great value for the money spent.  My tires were clean, which is always hard for a good car wash to clean, but they nailed it.  Looked like a million bucks when I drove off.
