Been waiting in the ER waiting room for 5.5 hours, with my mom who has a fractured rib from a fall she had this morning. It’s a blessing she isn’t dying. If you want to be seen right away, call an ambulance.

Do not do a walk in for the emergency room if your sick. You’re better off arriving by ambulance. If you walk in expect a four hour minimum wait. The waiting room is a dump. It was filthy. The staff at the entrance could care less if your sick. Terrible customer service at this hospital. I would never recommend it to anyone.

This hospital should be closed down! How do you leave a 1 yr old child who has a hole in his chin waiting an hour to even get triaged then to be told by a nurse after 2 hrs that his injury is not serious to be seen by a doctor immediately. The wait time could be hours. This is unacceptable to treat patients this way, they are in an emergency room cause they need urgent care. I’m going to tell everyone I know what a horrible hospital this is. I see why this hospital only has 2 stars and reading these reviews you definitely need to fire most of the er staff since they obviously have no bedside etiquette and are rude. Shame on you

If I could give zero stars I would!!! IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN THIS IS NOT THE EMERGENCY ROOM TO GO TO!! Please do not buy into the “our new facility will provide better service charade” I visited this hospital because my one year old son needed stitches in his face. We waited over an hour to be triaged. After waiting an additional two hours we asked to speak to the charge nurse, to ask her what was going on. We were then informed that my one year olds hole in his face was not important to be seen right away and that our wait times could be up to seven hours. Now if I were to keep my son at home for seven hours with a hole in his face DCFS would be called for negligent parenting... however this hospital finds it acceptable to have a one year old sit in an emergency room with a hole in his face for hours on in. This type of treatment is unacceptable and downright disgusting.... sorry folks seems like you’ll only get seen if you’re basically dying... however based on previous reviews even that’s questionable. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Staff can be very rude and unprofessional. I called the medical records dept so that the test results and labs can be faxed to the cardiologist so I can be released back to work. The cardiologist's office tried faxing the hospital (numerous times) to get the records and the fax machine response was: no response. The lady in medical records was very rude and unprofessional. When trying to be released from the hospital the staff drag their feet on trying to get a patient discharged. It took over 2 hours before I finally got discharged. Think I would have rather had a heart attack than to have dealt with the hospital staff.
