At a time in my life, when I was quite hesitant to reach out to a new Doctor, I am more than happy I did. Dr. Buchanan and his team, along with the rest of the associates at Horizon Healthcare, are extremely kind and respectful individuals. They make 'going to the doctor' as pleasant of an experience, as they can.

Dr Parisi been my doctor for about 25 years he is an awesome Dr and he is very intelligent and caring the staff has always been very friendly and nice to me and my kids DR Bruce delivered both of my kids and he's been their Dr their whole lives I have never had any kind of problems I guess everybody's entitled to their opinion but everybody I know that goes to Dr parisi has nothing but good to say about him and the staff

I have been using Horizon Healthcare as my primary care physician since my Dr., Maurice Halpin, retired because this was one of the offices he used and they had my medical records since 1961. I am looking for a new primary care physician because I am thoroughly disappointed with the way business is done here. If you want to make an appointment, it may take two days. When you call the office, the only time you get to talk to a live person if is you call when the office is on lunch. Then you get to talk to the answering service that informs you when you can call back. All other calls are answered by the automated system where you listen to one recording that give you the options for which of the next phone recordings you will listen to. Then, after you have listened to phone recordings for over 5 minutes, you get to leave a message - name, number, reason for call, and they will call you back. It is usually in several hours but more often the next day. Hopefully you are in a position to accept their call when they call you back because, if you don't answer by the 3rd or 4th ring, they hang up and they are not calling back. Now you get to repeat the process again. If you are sent for tests, x-rays, blood tests, etc., don't expect a call back when they get the results. You have to call them and explain the entire situation so they can go and check your results and, you guessed it, they might not get back to you until tomorrow. Unless you want to see the Nurse practitioner, expect to wait a week or two to see a doctor. There are a few nurses that are friendly and kind but most of the office staff acts indifferent and uninterested as if they are annoyed that they have to deal with you.
