This motel is disgusting.. the sheets were stained they had some type of hair in the sink when we checked in, the management claimed they had all NON smoking rooms but my room smelled like straight cigarettes.. I am pregnant with two small children who have asthma and the pillows also smelled like cigarette.. management DID NOT handle the situation or change us room, their excuse was “we are sold out” So I doubled check online and they were not sold out.. they also had sheets that did not fit the bed at all.. the rug was disgusting.. I will also wear slippers in the shower because I’m disgusted.. this motel is filled with crackheads and loud people so if your looking for something quiet please don’t rent a room here or if your looking for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, CLEANLINESS OR SOMEWHERE TO RELAX DO NOT RENT A ROOM FROM HERE!!!!! So gross and management continues to make EXCUSES and argue saying how it’s not this and tht..

Won’t stay here again. One very thin blanket, 2 very small flat pillows, floor had not been swept, pile of dirt behind the door, window tracts dirty & moldy looking, previous occupant had left a razor & full bottle of shampoo in the shower (how could the cleaner miss that if they had done a thorough cleaning), empty soap wrapper behind the toilet, a tub faucet that would not fully turn off dripping a steady stream of hot water, very thin walls (occupant in next room came in at 3 am singing loudly off & on until 6 am when a car pulled up for them playing music loudly), said they had free WiFi but didn’t provide a password, nothing in the room showing the password or any info about TV channels, generic TV remote that only worked half the time. Needs updating badly. Pics looked good on the website but not so good in person. Not worth the price.

You're getting less than what you pay for. Place looks absolutely nothing like the images they posted. Dark, completely disgusting, damp, moldy. I was afraid to touch the shower walls, and the water pressure was so high the shower was painful. Broken fixtures, broken furniture. Our desk chair was only secured with one of four bolts so when someone sat down in it, it broke. Then when I went to go tell them it was broken, they acted like I was offering to pay for the broken chair. When i shook my head and said it was broken because it wasnt secured correctly, the manager went "oh thats okay" and dismissed me entirely, didn't even offer another chair. We asked for five nights when we checked in and paid up front only to be called the day before our final check out day saying we needed to check out and that we had only paid for four nights. So the quoted $65 a night turned into $85 a night because they made us leave, and then when we said we weren't leaving they threatened to call the police instead of adding another night. When we went to the office the woman at the front desk argued with us and then told us we needed to leave because we "ruined her life" and that we were the worst customers she'd ever had. All for objecting to being kicked out a day earlier than we can even leave because we were given misinformation/lied to Maybe if they were using the money they scammed us out of to clean the hotel rooms everything would be fine but it's obvious that that's not where the money is going because this place is absolutely filthy. Bugs, mold.. Safety hazard, too. There were broken electrical fixtures and broken furniture. The place is full of drug addicts and shady looking people, and there were loud tweakers in the alley outside our window the first night we got there.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. We booked and paid for 5 nights, they forced us out on the 4th night with no refund for the 5th. A chair broke while a friend sat down because it wasn't even built all the way. The walls had mold. The floors sticky. The rooms are not cleaned, just sheets changed. They would rather argue than to make things right. They threatened us. There were bugs. Criminals prowling the parking lot. There was hair everywhere. This place over charged me 85$ a night and ripped me off and refused to give me a receipt after taking my money. This place is absurd.

Very nice room and amenities, got a $pecial for $75 + room tax, New Years, huge Queen, full frig and kitchen, huge Plasma TV; only thing I didn't like was, the TV Remote wouldn't allow channel input of any kind, mute didn't work either, most likely previous guest was messing with it and never could figure out how to reset the code.....morons can't leave well enough alone. Manager and wife very friendly, and don't require a security deposit, like previous management. Vons Grocery Store directly across the street, nice outside pool. Plenty parking.
