I went to see Frank to have my rear view camera wiring installed on my Dodge Ram which I had already installed the camera in the tail gate they just had to run the wiring to make it to easy for them. I was there for a couple of hours after a while Frank tells me the camera I bought is no good it as white lines in it . He quoted me on a camera that he sells . I told him I would be back he’s like ok I’ll have my guy put your truck back together . I noticed it was taking a while to put back together when I went back there my truck was just sitting and the guy that was working left because Frank sent him somewhere. So come to find out there is nothing wrong with my camera the tech installed the wires wrong and also broke my clip on my rear tail light and cracked the installation kit on my radio. And Frank collected $45.00 to put towards the camera that I was going to come back and install. I Finally did go back and talk to Frank about it and he told me that he was going to look into it and call me back 3 months later still no phone call.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! $300 quote was for my boss radio and a license plate camera to be installed, Frank gave me a quote after seeing the equipment. Going to my appointment today turns out can't install camera and most importantly steering wheel controls cannot be connected to the boss radio which is a very big deal with someone who doesn't have full use of his right hand. He saw the equipment when I went there for a quote a few weeks prior!! Now I have to pay for their time even though they installed nothing for me!!!!!!! AND BROKE MY STEERING WHEEL CONTROLS WHICH WORKED FINE WHEN I DROPPED OFF THE TRUCK!!!!!!! Now a person who doesn't have full use of his right hand doesn't even have the 1 of the main reasons he bought his truck!!!!!!! BROKE MY TRUCK !!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

You can walk in there and buy anything off the shelf. MINUS a ridiculous mark up. Fair pricing, great service, great staff.
