I think everyone in Sprint was very pleasant , just really made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. I have been a customer with Verizon many many years and remained loyal to them until I noticed my charges slowly creeping up in a 3 month billing cycle to $5.00 more I am looking forward to having many many years of loyalty with Sprint. The great thing in this particular store everyone acknowledges that you are there. A great store thank you.

If I could give this store no stars, I would. They definitely have some fraud going on in this store. When my lease was up O turned in both phones. A month later I was charged over $250. I called sprint customer service and they told me that it only showed one phone was turned in. I was livid. Apparently when you turn in your leases they say " ok, we're all set both phones have been turned in." They take the other phone and sell it... Don't go to this store. They are crooks

Julio the assistant manager was fantastic.  After going to 3 different Sprint stores, he was the only one to provide a real solution to my problem.  Highly recommend him and this store to anyone that wants good service!

Came in right at open saturday AM, phone stolen the night before, needed to get a new one within like half an hour so I could start my shift.  Laura and Shawn were excellent and took care of me ASAP.  Really appreciate the help, thanks.

Very pushy company they always charge extra it’s never just the bill. Every phone on the family plan cost a different amount of money on the plan. So what’s supposed to be a 100 plan is a 300 dollar plan explain that? Metro may have slower data rates but they definitely charge you what they say they are going to charge you.

If I could put negative stars I would.
