Well it's Wal-Mart. Crazy looking people, never can find an attendant in an aisle to ask where you can find something. Customer service desk is always understaffed and lined up with at least 15 people. Never enough registers open....no matter what time of day. On the positive side.....good prices and selections on thousands of items. You have to bite the bullet with the poor service to get the excellent prices.

People at the automotive department can't to anything right!!! I took time and went there for oil change instead of another oil change place. Thinking that while they are working on the car, I could do my shopping. Idiots didn't put the plastic covers correctly at the bottom of the car. While I was driving the plastic covers ripped a part... Who knows if they put the right oil... Or the right amount of oil... If they put the tires right or put the right pressure or balance them correctly etc. Total incompetence and lack of care...

Every time I go to this Walmart it's a good feeling knowing the customer service is great. I was looking for cotton balls and asked a rep. She told me where to go and before I left the store she asked 'Did you find what you were looking for'? WOW! I haven't been asked that question in a long time, I would say ober a few months. I didn't get to ask her name or neither did I look at her name tag but she worked in the cosmetics sections. Thank you Walmart for being helpful, over and beyond for doing your job!

It’s sad that the Walmart on 45th is 100,000 times better than this one The only person with any sense of customer service is the door guy and the general manager every shift leader cashier and every other employee is lazy in every way shape or form and will blatantly not do their job in front of your face you can ask them to do something and they will just stare at you. It is beyond me how any of these idiots hold a job

The latest problem at this walmart for me was false advertising! Picked up an item priced at $9, it rang up $21 and the response I recieved was, it was our fault the price is incorrect and we will give you 10% but we will NOT honor the advertised price... WHAT kind of customer service is this. I guess if you expect good customer service go to Target!
