Story

Frank's Hardware and Building Supply was founded in 1947 in Somerset, New Jersey, by our grandfather, Frank Gathy. Frank was a small scale builder during the depression. He had the dream to build a one stop shop that could provide a customer with all the materials and tools necessary to build a home from start to finish.


Today we are a fourth generation, family run hardware store. We pride ourselves on taking care of our community and providing the best customer service possible. Over the years we have strived to fulfill Frank's dream and continue to be one of the leading distributors of quality building materials. We offer extensive inventory and provide outstanding customer service.
