Dennis and Jeremy were very courteous and professional on an after hours call to replace our hot water heater. They were in and out in two hours and were very workmanlike in their approach and demeanor. Highly recommended to anyone! Thank you. Called Franks this morning, they said they'd give me a call when they were on the way this same day, shortly after lunch Vernon came and took a look at my unit. Within 5 minutes he knew what was wrong, had the part on hand, changed it out and now my house is cool as ever! So thankful for him and this company for helping me with no hastle and hardly any time! Most reasonable pricing I've ever seen too!

Dennis was super professional, cared about my home and my conveniences. He and his buddy did a tremendous job on install and clean up of my water heater. I will be calling on Frank's for any home repairs because of Dennis and his buddy... Great team, Thank you.
