Horrible service! Who ever is up front taking the calls and making the appointments is very unprofessional and does not know how to run a business! Tried to get an appointment on Monday needing something done by Thursday morning, and by Wednesday had to call them again and had to give them all my information agin! Put me on hold, told me he a few calls ahead of me, then would be there. By 5:30 Wednesday NOTHING! Such a sad way to run a locale business!

We build the house with builder company and they use United Pumbling , the installation of the faucet and sink are horrible, not worth the price of the house. I told them to come seal the sink in tge bathroom and they never show up since then til now it is over 3 months and guess what, the warranty is expired for a month now, i know exactly what they have been doing and playing stupid game waiting til the waranty is expired. Now my kitchen plumbling is leaking again. If u do something wrong just fix it i will be patient since i understand that not everyone is smart. But you guys are irresponsible , it is unacceptable, don't ever use them.

Do not use this company! Customer service sucks, service period sucks. Somehow they slipped through our radar and got contracted to do plumbing on our house we built. A screw fell into the garbage disposal, before we even had ownership of the house, and ruined it. We had them come and fix, they billed us. Shower drain was missing screws, I fixed. We have had them out several times to fix bathtub faucet, it leaks pretty good, they have replaced faucet once, replaced the cartridges several times, cracked my 4,500$ bath tub, Thats correct four thousand five hundred dollar bath tub, then repaired it even after I told them not to touch till I got home the next day. Another leaky faucet and the another call to the owner, Francis, states even though this problem faucet has never been fixed satisfactorily that I am responsible for the bill because my builders warranty has expired. Been one year and one month. Long story short, dont use this company. They are horrible at business and horrible to their customers.
