I worked with Brandy in the front office to get a gas line replaced using my home warranty. Needless to say, the warranty co did not want to replace the offending gas lines. Brandy went to bat with them for me. She worked diligently and seemed to always have my best interest in mind. After Mr Rooter was authorized to do the repairs, they were fast and efficient. They are great!!!

I've used Mr. Rooter several times and have always been very impressed with every plumber they send out. They're courteous, as they remove their shoes or slip covers on to protect my floors. They placed a mat down under the area they were working as to not cause a mess or damage to my floor while working with heavy machinery. We had to have new sewer drains placed they took care of it promptly and left me very happy with the work they did. Every time I call the office staff is quick to respond and takes care of my all my needs. Plus their red vans and logos look awesome!!

Called for after hour service call. I was told a tech would get in touch. After not hearing from someone for over an hour I called back. I was advised they had a big commercial job they were working on and the after hours tech was on the job. Okay. No problem. I received a call almost an hour and a half after the initial call saying they spoke to the tech and he didn't know when he would be done but he would try to call then. I cancelled the service call and went with someone else. I get they have other jobs but a courtesy call would have been the professional thing to do. Instead I waited and was out of luck on getting the actual work done until the next day because it was so late by the time I spoke to the other company, who by the way called to update me on where the tech was and to let me know he was on the way to another call and if he couldn't get out tonight they would make sure someone did so that I had water to the house. That's how you get and keep business. I have used them in the past but will not use them again.
