Aggravated on the courtesy... went to see Black Panther at the 7 pm show and the line was wrapped around the building. It was kind of cold outside and no one on the staff had the courtesy to come out and tell the people in line that that show was sold out! I waited in that line til I got to the ticket booth to find out! Mind you... I live 30 minutes away from this pricey theater and had been calling the theater all day to inquire on the very thing I wasted my time driving to find out but surprisingly  (sarcasm), no one ever answered their phones. Word of advice to the owner... a business is the direct reflection of its owner or mgmt. DO BETTER!

Reasonably comfortable theater with seats that lean pretty far back.  Have the 'D-Box' seats that move/vibrate in response to the action on the screen.  Haven't tried them though. Friendly staff, and responsive.  The one movie I went to see there had problems with the projector.  They responded quickly when told about it, moved the audience (there were two of us total) to a different showing and gave us an extra free pass.  5-stars for the customer service and accommodating staff, less a star for having the problems in the first place.

I like this theater. Their popcorn is good, but it's a little cold in the theater for me but that differs from person to person. Their staff is great too. They could use some more staff though. Also, their bathrooms could use some work. They need to clean the theaters a little better before each movie.

The screens are extremely bad quality. Too dark to see anything and blurry. To the point that my eyes hurt after leaving. It was so bad I was at a loss for words. And the prices are the same, if not more expensive, than a large Imax theater. Even the popcorn tasted bad. Will never return.

Only large theatre in town that has first run movies, but it is definitely my second choice to seeing movies at the refurbished Sunrise theater in Southern Pines.  Sandhills Cinema is ALWAYS dirty, especially the bathrooms.  This place needs to be gutted and redone.

The one good thing is that the staff is always friendly and nice.
