There are several excellent qualities about this place. 
Customer service was always served with a friendly tone.
The place is exceptionally clean even after kids get a hold of this place- it's not 4 star hotel clean, but there were never sticky spots, stinky smells, or unidentifiable objects. 
The restaurant gives you a lot of bang for your buck and it's delicious even when compared to fast food chains. I actually recommend coming here just for the food. 
They have a very simple system to pay for games.
The video games are up to date.
There are plenty of physical activities. 
One thing to note is that you can easily rack up a large bill. Other than that- this place is perfect.

Fun place for kids and adults! If you stick around the arcade area with kids you will be spending money fast on those cards. Otherwise the putt putt golf, go-karts, and rides are worth visiting for! Overall great experience and will definitely be going back.

Had a wonderful time. In a safe friendly fun atmosphere. Loved all the different things to do in one place.

It was awesome! Prices reflected internet prices. So no surprises there. Good family fun! We will be returning in the future for sure.

I tried to hate Frankie's, but every time I leave, I have a huge smile on my face because it's legitimately very fun. Five stars for an aptly named park.
