Bought $160 pair of work boots. Didn't last a year. Took them back to see what they can do and they did nothing. Warranty guy downstairs told me they only last a year. Wearing my old tractor supply $80 boots that I have had for 3 +years. Only bought new ones because my tread is worn. Will not go there again. Mike

I bought a pair of $94 work boots that were supposed to be waterproof. My feet got wet. It was supposed to have a scuba liner. I brought it back to a do called customer service department and told me it would take 4 to 6 weeks to have boots tested to see if they were leaking. Now I have no boots to wear for 4 to 6 weeks. Personally I think it is a scam. I bet that the boots are going to come back as not leaking. They should post their return policy at the register or remind customer about it. If I would have known. I would have never bought a pair of boots from them.

Like the store. My husband and i have been buying shoes and boots there since they were in caste village. However, would love to try clothes on but not in that heat. Store is always so hot. Im sure others would feel as i do.

My husband needed some work pants and boots recently. I hadn't been to the new location yet. Staff was really helpful and I like how they have the fr clothes in a separate section so it is clear.
