Poor service. The sales person yelled at me to step in the measurement, and pull up my pants. It's a very old man working at the shoe store. He was not friendly. He told me they didn't have my size several times. So I told him I want women's size. He pulled out shoes my size. It was tight. I asked for one size up. He told me they didn't have it. I asked for 61/2. He told me they might not have it. He was not happy but he went back and found the one on display. I bought 61/2 but I will not go back again. This was a very unpleasant experience. If they don't like to do business with me, I will not do business with them. No one needs that attitude.

Excellent customer service. Sue went out of her way to get a pair of boots we wanted from Louisiana. By far the best service I have had in a long time.

Took almost three weeks to get my boots. After they said it will be delivers in 5 to 7 days. The new manager sue has no clue on what she is doing. Even her employees said so.
