Love this store! It's rare that I don't find what i need! Employees are always helpful. I love the fact that Fred Meyer price matches and also has the "Make it right" policy. If they're out of your normal brand or item or even a sale item they will give you ANY brand of the same item (same size/quantity) for the price of the sold out item. Example: If you normally buy the 1 liter of Fred Meyer brand water for $0.69 but they're all out you can get yourself a 1 liter of Fugi water that's normally $2.79 (just guessing the price) and tell the cashier that you'd like them to make it right and price the Fugi water for the same price as the Fred Meyer water you normally get and inform them that they're all out of the brand you wanted. The cashier will change the price. :-)

It's ok. Parking is way too small. Not enough accessibility spots. Usually as good produce.

Customer service was excellent..one of my diamonds was loose on my wedding ring. They promptly fixed it..my favorite Jewelry store.

I hate this Fred Meyer. I have lived in the neighborhood on and off for almost a decade, and the thing that kills me is how unhelpful people are when you ask for assistance. Twice I've asked someone for help in various departments and they send out a page and no one answers the page. The last time I asked for help was when the store was out of yard debris bags, and an employee sent me up to St. John's saying their other location had them. I drove up to St. Johns, and sure enough, that location is out of the bags too. Thanks Interstate FM for sending me on a fool's errand.

Just moved to Portland and found that the only place in town that sells Boars Head is Fred Meyer. The deli here is incredibly slow. The people are rude and could not care less about the customers. Will not be back.
