After a nasty experience with the Pocatello FM Jewelers, Idaho falls to amazing care of me and my ring. I will happily make the hour drive for any future ring care!!
An amazing experience! We were helped quickly and walked away with 2 rings for me and a watch for my husband. They were friendly and helped us find things we loved!
Battery replacement on two watches and removal of two links in one. Not at all a big purchase, but they treated me like a king! Excellent, quick service and attention to detail. Very awesome overall.

Rings are cheap, flimsy and jewels fall out easily.
Don't need a jeweler very often, but when you do I'd recommend you consider these guys. I bought a new watch online and needed a couple links taken out of the watchband. The store was busy but the Jewelers, which is right inside the store, weren't busy. Parking is easy, price was reasonable, service was quick and friendly.
Good service, friendly, helpful and had what I was looking for. Two other jewelers in town did not have what I was looking for.
Very friendly and helpful! The jewelry I picked out is beautiful and well priced.
My wife was getting her ring inspected and was quoted a 10 minute wait time. Instead she waited 30 plus minutes because the worker, Brandy continued to make small talk with another group of people, to try and get a sale that didn't happen. Really disappointing.
I bought a ring and they sized it for me. Everyone there was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
