I have been going to Infinity Coins now for awhile. The store staff is knowledgeable about the types of products they have on hand. They also always remember my preferences as a customer. I only go in every couple of months, but they always remember the types of coins I would be interested in looking at while I am in the store. I usually go in when a particular item interests me in on their website. The website is well maintained and the pictures are high quality. I get a good feel for what the coins actually look like from the pictures. The prices are fair and when I have felt the price was a little higher than I wanted to pay, Kevin has been willing to negotiate fairly with me. I have also sold coins to the shop. The price I was offered for my coins was fair. I am happy to see a wide variety of coins from high end to entry level. If you have an interest in coins, they will have something for you within your budget. It is nice to have a store like this in our area. Coin shops are limited in Idaho. This is the best one I have been to in this state. I also enjoy the coin history lessons I am given when I show interest in a particular coin. I love to learn more about the history of coins.

Always a fair and honest deal! They take the time to listen and answer any questions you may have. Their "COINS FOR GRADES" program really helps kids learn how to collect and learn about the history of coins and our country (also earn FREE coins for good grades). Kevin and his team are honest. Fair. Trustworthy.

The customer service here is great! The guy who was working when I came in was more than happy to answer any of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the coins they sell there and had a good attitude. :)

Only gave them 2 stars cause it was warm in their store. Customer service is THE worst I'd ever seen. Weighed my gold on 2 separate scales before walking into the store for them to tell me that, not just 1 of the scales But both of the scales I used before were exactly .7 off... jokes! If you want to sell gold, do not come here. There is far better quotes at other shops in town. Definitely not gonna be coming here or recommending it anyone I care about.
