ever since jammie left  this store has gone down hill    she was on top of everything  never had to worry about anything    now have them take my numer to call when the setting stuff comes in  i get no call and its over   another one i june  but what happened to the guy that took my number  he is still their   and i ask him why he didnt call me  he said he thought he had but then he didt even know who i was   just not right   ill be taking my business to another store   this is the 3 time this has happened   just not happy with this store and the people that r their  some know stuff and some dont have a clue as to what they r doing

Brought in a ring that I bought from them for resizing. I was quoted a week! I went to All That Glitters and they spent 20 minutes with me to fix it and didn't charge even though I didn't buy it there. Learn customer service people!

I had taken my wedding ring in for a yearly check and when I returned I did not look closely for I was in a hurry and later discovered 2 of the diamonds were replaced with 2 diamond that clearly were not mine. Carbon spotted diamonds were replaced! I was beyond myself for not checking it better and now I can not prove they did it. My husband make 6 figures and there is no way he would have bought this ring in this condition! Never leave your jewlery here! Victoria the manager was the one who checked it off. I blame her! 
I also dropped jewlery off here to have it fixed only to return quicky because the ruby came right out. I went back in and I was quoted $250 to fix it and thats after the $140 I paid to have it fixed! I returned and Victory had changed the price back down to $150??? This all did not make sence, since $100 is a big difference!

I am going to pursue prosecution of this criminal business. I took in a very thick $ 5,000 Gold ring with 21 diamonds, to have one of the diamonds re-set. Three days later I got it back, and it was almost half the weight of when I took it in; the middle had been bored out and the edges were non-uniform and much thinner. Investigating online I am not the first to have jewelry "shaved" by these assholes. When I took it in, it did not feel right - I should have trusted my gut - these are bad people. I am going to take the ring back to the original artist and have him access the ring and to make sure they did not swap out diamonds while there were up to their criminal practices.
