We only had time on this short visit to go to one bead store, so I chose Ritual Adornments and i was not disappointed. The store has a large and varied selection at good prices, especially my favorite, African Trade beads. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable, everything I need to become a repeat customer. I have been collecting beads for over 30 years, this is my favorite store in Portland!

I wandered into the store one day a few months ago and have been going in frequently ever since. The selection of beads are beautiful, and every person that works there has always been super friendly and willing to help me out with ideas and projects! I urge all my friends to go because it's a fun and easy day out on 23rd and the environment of the store is so refreshing. I love this place.

I absolutely love this store! I wandered in today with a couple of friends and left with a beautiful necklace and a pair of earrings that I made myself. They have a great selection of beads to appeal to all styles and preferences. Not to mention the owner, Joel, was super helpful and a genuinely nice guy. I definitely will be back soon!

I wish he would label his stone beads.....it would really help!  Of course, if you know your beads
its no problem but how many people know their beads that well?  Even beaders don't know
everything.

Love the atmosphere, great selection of beads at fair prices and a wonderful shopkeeper with detailed information who is happy to answer questions. You can come make accessories at any time and he will be happy to help you along on your project!
