Went to the location in Lil  Elm to have my watch band adjusted and Terri waited on me. She was very nice and helpful. The store is very nice with a great selection of jewelry. I will be back to do some more shopping.

I've been here multiple times for multiple occasions and I've never had a bad experience. I worked with a very nice lady today named Zinnat (2/8/2015), and she was honestly really helpful and kind. She gave me the independence to walk around and get a feel of what I was looking for, but she also gave me some suggestions for my price range. She wasn't like regular sales associates in Jewelry stores that annoy you to buy something, she was simply there to help. My overall time spent in the jewelry store was 20 minutes, and I left extremely satisfied with what a bought.

Prices are low for good quality jewelry, the staff is just amazing, and they have very generous holiday sales. I would extremely recommend this jeweler to anybody interested, and I would also advise them to see Zinnat, or any other staff for that matter, to help them with their purchases.

Well Done Zinnat and Fred Meyer Jewelers!
