A big thanks to Giovanni, Ben, and Eric for providing great service! They went above and beyond for me, and I really appreciate them for being honest and treating me like I was their top priority. They were very patient with my problemed vehicle spending lots of time figuring out the problem. It took a few tries, but they got it and wouldn't stop until I was satisfied. These guys deserve a bonus!

Worked with George over the phone for a new set of tires. I told him what I needed and how the competition stacked up. He worked a nice deal and I am happy with the new tires. Bonus that I could have the work completed on a Sunday. The work was fast and straight forward. Thanks Firestone team.

Got 4 tires and an alignment done on my F-150. I shopped around and they have good prices plus they had a promotion going on this weekend. I’ve been here a few times and they’ve always provided great customer service and greet everyone when they walk through the door. My steering was off a hair so I called the next morning and they fit me into there busy morning to get it right. Thanks guys.

Very fast and efficient service. Went in there for a state inspection and they said it would be an hour and it ended being closer to 45 minutes. I go here all the time and highly recommend

Called in ahead to ask if they were busy. The guy in the front claims never got a call. Showed him my phone call log, says not our number. Googled the location and was told it's not their number. Then called that number in front of him and the phone rang. Surprised! I told him I was told on the phone to come in. I will be in and out in 1.5 hrs. Well... been here 2 hrs and still waiting... this isn't the first time I have had to wait hrs beyond the time told at this location. They really need to get better at time estimation. People have other things to do also. Can't spend a day waiting on their car to be serviced.
