Scheduled my appointment with the owner herself. Was told my appt to get my new house re-keyed would be 8am. Called in at 8:20 sondering where my service tech was, only to find out that they don't open until 8:30. I had to take off time from work for this! Now I'll have to take off more time!

I called these guys when locked out of my car and stuck in Sioux Falls on Christmas Eve. I let the locksmith Burkey know that I was from out of town and locked out of my vehicle. He was there within 30 minutes and worked quickly so that I could have my family back to Nebraska in time for Christmas. Knowing my situation, Burkey could have easily charged me double, and I would have paid the price due to the circumstances. But no. Burkey was understanding and charged the most reasonable rate I've ever paid for a locksmith. I can not thank him and Fred the Fixer enough. I highly recommend this fine locksmith service. And my family and I thank them and Burkey for saving our Christmas.
