George and Jason came out to install our new system. They were so friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. Very professional. This is my first time having an alarm system so I was nervous, but we are getting used to it. We accidentally set it off our first night (oops) and got our call within 30 seconds. I am impressed and glad we decided to go with SEI. My install time was a bit off but I understand they get busy. Definitely recommend them! Also, Kent Carlin was our consultant and he was awesome, too.

Monitoring is good always available and knowledgeable. Anything else they are Very difficult to work with.  Always seems to be an issue with them with service or system needs.

Nervous about switching at first but Mr. Miller made it easy and painless.writing this review simply to share with other people that are tired of the monthly bills going up every year.Might as well keep the money in Omaha.
