The staff was so kind and attentive throughout the entire process of resizing my engagement and wedding rings. They were also incredibly nice to my two kids who I happened to have in tow, which was so appreciated. The end result was perfection and so fast. My ring sparkles the way it did when it was brand new and fits exactly how I want! Would highly recommend.
Frederick’s jewelers has helped me with things great and small… from helping me get impossible necklaces disentangled to helping to rebuild my vintage wedding ring which was becoming too fragile to wear. They are very skilled. Friendly, communicative about repairs etc., and very skilled jewelers. Highly recommend!
I went in to Frederic’s on a Saturday morning to get my engagement ring setting adjusted because the stone sounded loose. They tightened and adjusted the prongs and cleaned my ring quickly and at no cost. Everyone working there was very pleasant. Will return again for any fine jewelry needs.
Enjoyed shopping for a gift for my daughter who graduated from law school. We were shown lovely pieces and felt no sales pressure. It was a very enjoyable experience and will certainly return when it’s time to shop for another special occasion!

I highly recommend Frederic’s Fine Jewelers for any of you jewelry needs! The whole staff is extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment you meet them. I worked directly with Karen, who at all times listened to exactly what I was looking for and explained in detail everything I needed to know. I purchased my engagement ring with them and I could not be happier. I can’t wait to surprise my girlfriend with the beautiful ring!

I recently brought some heirloom jewelry to be sized and repaired as well as some things I wasn’t sure what they were. Everything was done beautifully, as discussed and everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful no matter what you are there for. You feel like a valued customer. Wonderful service and craftsmanship. Also they have a wonderful selection of fine jewelry and they really know their stuff!! Thank you for your help. I am so happy with my pieces!!
I took my dad’s two watches in for new batteries before he moves to assisted living. Tony was just amazing- he understood the sentimental importance of the watches and immediacy of my need and fixed them while I waited. He was so nice and so understanding. I will come here for all of my jewelry and watch repair needs in the future!
