I went into the store at 8:00 I understood they were closing at 9:00 and I came after work and school to try and get a last minute outfit for thanksgiving and one of the girls stopped me at 9:20 and said can can u not shop back here I'm trying to clean up... keep in mind that I work in customer service so I was being especially neat as I was looking through things and I wasn't even going to try them on and tie up the dressing room. After that I just put back my stuff I was already going to buy and walked out.

Absolutely disgusting service from the staff. Very rude and had a bad attitude. They don't like to help any customers. I got dirty looks from one of the staff after I asked her where something was. I had to keep asking different staff where one item was and they all kept telling me different stuff. Save your time and shop somewhere else with better friendly staff.

I asked an associate to use the bathroom because my son had to go #2, and she allowed me to. Now, this isn't the first time I've used tbe bathroom here so I did not think it would be an issue. I guess when an associate saw me in the bathroom she snitched to the assistant manager, and reprimanded the associate; all of which I was able to hear... I felt like I was the one in trouble. I'm sorry, but a retailer that has a bathroom and won't even let a mom (who is buying merchandise btw) use it gets zero points in my book. Next time I will just let him pee on the floor and see how they feel about that. And who do I see at the register, the snitch.

I love the selectio here, and I must say, there is a lot to choose from. But there isn't that much in the Plus Size department either, because my cousin and I went to look for her a Social dress but couldn't find anything her size or anything that she would like. Good service and nice leveling the stores, Good overall.
