I just want to say thanks for your foresight and effort to provide solar service in our community.  Quite impressed with the professional service I experienced working with the Frederickson Electric team.  People communicated the cost, system, and scheduling well; respectfully and patiently answered my questions; and showed great care to install the system for the best possible appearance.

Frederickson Electric did the electrical rewiring work on a remodel we did in 2015.  A few months ago (Jan, 2018), we started having random trips on several  of the AFCI breakers.  It took some debugging  but the problem turned out to be nearby amateur radio transmissions on a certain frequency causing the Eaton AFCI breakers to trip inappropriately. Frederickson replaced all the AFCI breakers with new ones supplied by Eaton and we've had zero problems since.  

I was surprised and pleased that I did not have to pay for this fix.  Frederickson stood by their work even though it had been more than 2 years since the install and even though the problem was not theirs but was caused by Eaton AFCI breakers.  Their staff were nice, professional and did very clean work.  As an engineer, I appreciate all those qualities.
