Awesome customer service. Very nice staff. Ordering online is simple and convenient. The cake I ordered was prefect.  I'm not a big fan of fondant, I love the look not the taste. I try not to order it that often because my husband complains but the fondant on this cake was good. I have never tasted fondant like this before light not weird and chewy but delicate and not overly sweet. I guess up until this point all the fondant I have had wasn't very good. The cake was perfect and looked better in person then in the website.

Freed’s Bakery is so delicious and they have the best customer service. I spoke with Janie to organise my husband’s surprise birthday cake and she was so helpful to make it happen smoothly. Thank you and will definitely be ordering your cakes again!

EVERYTHING  was delicious. We ordered many items; slice of (heaven) wedding cake, slice of snickers cheesecake, slice of blackout cake, and a chocolate chip log. We were super excited to visit this bakery as we had just watched the premiere of the show last night. All items were intended to be dessert after dinner in celebration of an awesome parent teacher conference report. Long story short nothing made it home. We couldn't resist. Customer Service deserves an extra star. I didn't get the young lady's name but she was an awesome help and deserves some recognition (her family lives near Sedalia).  Will definitely be back!

Ordered a cake for my husband as a birthday surprise.  Presentation and flavor out of this world, as expected.  However, they attempted to call my husband the night before and almost ruined the surprise delivery to his workplace.  We were saved only by the fact that he was driving and didn't answer the call when it came through, although he did later question why Freed's Bakery (he looked up the number) would have called him.  I also didn't get either text or email update as promised and was left wondering about whether the cake had been delivered until my husband called in the afternoon to thank me.  Again, though, unparalleled flavor and appearance.

We got 6 different smdesserts and the were all amazing, the snickers cheese cake was the best cheesecake I have ever had.  Friendly staff and great service
