I needed a cake for my daughter's wedding, she and I both have celiac disease so finding a gluten free bakery was a necessity. When the order was placed over the phone, details were given about each cake, so my daughter knew exactly what she was getting (down to the shade of colors). When it was picked up, it was encased in such a way that the vibrations from the car ride would keep it intact. Plus, it had been chilled before arrival and instructions given as to what time was best for pickup to make it at it's best temperature. It was absolutely delicious! Plus the hosts of her reception was in awe at it's beauty! I have never seen this much care go into a cake! It was perfect customer service, down to every detail, thank you for helping making this special moment even better!

Sara Durfee, did a very in-depth review only she has never been in our store where her son worked for us for over a year and got a new job and told us he wanted to work during the week as he was hired for the weekends at Airbnb and only work during the week on occasion. So he quit. Her son ate items in the store when he was working and never got sick. He even took food home on holidays and always said how much they liked it. His main job was cleaning, so I am surprised she said this about how he cleaned because he did a really good job.
We have the best customers in the world! So come in and check us out.
It is easy to say nasty things on the internet because nobody ever calls anyone on anything. If you are a legitimate customer we take your concerns very seriously and have made many changes thanks to our customers.

Can we just talk about a hidden gem?? OMG!! This place is beyond amazing. I got a pizza bagel and it actually tasted like pizza!! Not a hint of garlic here and there or some cheese flavor, no no ACTUAL PIZZA!!
I also got a raisin bagel, it was delicious and warm. Better than anything gluten free I've had at Einstein Bagels.
The extra winners of the night were the lemon curd cupcake and the pies. INCREDIBLE.

I recently got diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity and I was very sad about losing flavors but no more, I can't wait to go back and try the actual pizzas the owner mentioned!! 

Definitely give it a try, talk to the owner if possible she's such an amazing person who actually cares about health. She had amazing tips and information and you know it's coming from the right place being herself a celiac disease sufferer. 

Can't say it enough times, this place is AMAZING. Try it you won't regret it.

P.S. My husband had to drive me a second time in less than 10 minutes to get a second pizza bagel because we were sharing the first one and I wanted more LOL.  I swear it's that good.
