Love the cakes but the wait is unreasonable. Was at this location for 30 minutes waiting for a pre-ordered cake and balloons. Only one person working the counter and it was super busy. Totally not fair for customers or your employees. Hire more help.

Lemon Bundt cake is my favorite. Ive never had a problem at this location. And I love the punch cards!

Store was super busy. Waited for 10 minutes to be told they dont have any vanilla cake. Menu says vanilla cake but i guess you have to order it ahead of time. Not impressed.

Yes, the cakes are delicious, however it's very disappointing to wait 15 minutes to be helped then be told that 3 of the flavors you wanted aren't available. I would've had to wait approximately 30 minutes for a desired flavor to be iced because 6 cakes were in line ahead of my order! Perhaps they should hire more help??? I settled on a flavor I really didn't want only because it was ready without having to wait. Doesn't exactly make me want to do business here again.
