I have bought my previous three vehicles from Moss Bros. The Salesman are awesome. The service dept has always been the best however something has happened and it sucks now. I would not take my vehicle back to them for service. So annoyed and disappointed with the treatment.

Excellent customer service from the salesman, management, finance etc. Everyone made our buying process as smooth as possible. Very attentive and nice. We just recently bought a truck for my husband and we love it! I definitely recommend this dealership.

Their customer service was top notch, from the time I got there to have my car worked on, everyone I encountered was extremely courteous, friendly & helpful. Particularly Alan who helped me gave great customer service & made my young daughter who was with me feel at ease.

I went to these guys years ago in the 1990's to have a water pump fixed on my Cherokee Jeep, and my VERY expensive carburetor was stolen out of my jeep by some crooked and dishonest mechanic. It turned out to be one hell of an expensive carburetor which explains why someone snagged it, and replaced it with one that was broken. The hardest part was having this dealership tell me it was already broken when I took the car in for the water pump repair. The car drove PERFECT when I drove it there, and after I picked it up and drove home the car was jerking and wanting to stall (as if I wouldn't notice something that severe!) I had just purchased this jeep 6 months prior. It was my word against theirs, and as a starving student at the time, I just cried. There was no internet back then to see ratings for this place. I went through 3 rebuilt ones unsuccessfully, and ended up having to trade in the death-trap jeep for a safe Subaru. I doubt the same people work there today, but it was one of the top worse bad experiences of my lifetime!
