Our salesman Sam was great.  He was very helpful over the phone as we were out of town customers.  When we found the Jeep we wanted over the phone he asked for a $500 refundable deposit to hold the vehicle.  We were fine with that and I gave our info to charge $500.  Luckily I double checked the next day to find they charged us $500 twice in a row.  No big deal, I informed Sam when we picked up the vehicle.  On to the financial manager for a loan.  At first he was very nice.  When we declined the added warranty and special vehicle coating his attitude changed to be very aggressive.  At first he wouldn't accept they charged us twice for the $500, I even showed him my bank account withdraws on my phone.  Finally the sales manager came in and cleared it up.  Then the financial manager quickly printed up the pricing paperwork and tried to get my wife and I to sign it with reading it all.  He had the wrong price, $250 over what we had agreed with, and what was on their own website for the vehicle.  Again the sales manager had to come in and straighten things up.  We finally got the paper work correct and signed, the financial manager being aggressive the whole time.  While filling out the paperwork for the loan he wanted our physical address, I gave it to him but told him that was not our mailing address.  He assured us he would give the bank our mailing address.  For the next 2 weeks I kept getting calls from the dealership asking for proof of the double charged $500, I sent it to them twice from my statements.  Not sure how they loose $500 in their books.  2 months go by and and we don't get anything from the bank.  Turns out the sales manager never gave them the right mailing address after all.  Now we have a late fee and missed payment because of Fremont Motors.  To top things off they try and bribe you with a free tank of gas if you give them 5 stars for a review.  Don't believe the online reviews.

The 2 best vehicles I’ve ever had the pleasure of owning came from this company! Even when the sales staff and I had a miscommunication that could’ve cost me some extra cash the GM Ross himself called me and got everything sorted out quickly and made the slight inconvenience VERY worth my while! I drive from out of town just to buy all my cars with the Fremont in Casper solely because of the great service I’ve received. I’m sure all Fremont’s locations are just as great but I love all the staff in Casper so I’ll just keep coming back!!

Thank you Kyle Smith for helping us with the lease on our new Jeep! If you are looking for someone that pays attention to detail and will go the extra mile to have you be a satisfied customer? Head up to Fremont!  Bret Benham in the finance department was especially helpful and took very good care of us as well! Great people!

We have purchased 2 Rams from Fremont and have had the great pleasure of dealing with Zane Grayson. What an amazing guy! Not to mention Fremont as a whole. Their service department has been awesome each and every time we need them. Visit Fremont. Great service, great people, great deals!!

WE BOUGHT 2 GREAT CARS FROM FREMONT MOTORS IN A YEAR. WE HAD THE VERY BEST SALESMAN THAT ANYONE COULD ASK FOR, SAM IDEEN.  HE JUMPED THROUGH EVERY HOOP HE NEEDED TO TO MAKE US HAPPY.  I WOULD RECOMMEND SAM AND FREMONT MOTORS TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A CAR.
