We bought a Kia from here and the sales experience was pretty good. When it came to the service department this was the worst customer service I had received. There were several requests where I was promised a call back and they failed to do so. There were things I was looking for advice on and their knowledge base was sub par after doing some research. Also the price to have cruise control put in our car was almost triple what I finally got it for at a dealership in Cheyenne. In a nutshell if you are looking for any decent customer service with people you can trust, this is not the place to shop. Just an update no one addressed my concerns. We were looking to buy a new vehicle so we went to Casper GMC for our new truck. Service is great there.

My husband and I went here to buy. We usually go to our guy in laramie, wy but we wanted to come to a closer dealership and keep business in town. We were very disappointed in our experience there. They tried to tell us the deals that our dealership would give us wasn't possible and basicly keep downing the laramie one. Which to me is unprofessional. Then they keep saying one thing and on paper had something else, not what we discuss. We almost bought a truck even though this was happening but yet again they try to get more money out of us in another shady ways. And when pointed out, no answer can be given then. How it was handled at that point was unprofessional and really made us untrusting of this place. We also heard one of these guys talking about us a few feet away. Which really pissed us off since we were really trying to be nice about everything. Even if we didn't buy from this dealer we would of came for services for our truck but after this experience , we decided we are not coming back here for any type of business. Long story short: shady business, who pray on people who can't remember what they say and don't do the math on the paper work. Unprofessional. Save yourself some heartache and read all the reviews. And if you have a good sales guy don't cheat on him! Love our guy in Larmaie and will drive to him anytime.

Highly recommend them. Very nice and got me a great deal on my Truck. Definitely will help you get out of a clunker or a lemon. Very happy I went to them. 😁

Seems to me if whites treated their employees and their customers better and stop screwing people over they wouldn't have such a low score , whites doesn't care about anything except money, whites university motors a Ford Dealership in Laramie, wy owned by tim white the same owner that owns whites mountain has a post on facebook making fun of Gm recalls and has other memes further back in their Facebook timeline slamming the very vehicles they are paid to sell is messed up! After having already dealt with whites university motors in Laramie and even buying a vehicle and getting screwed by them i will be sure to tell every person i come into contact with thats looking to purchase a new vehicle not to buy from any of whites Dealerships because they are the most dishonest group of people i have ever had the misfortune of doing business with!

We bought a new 2017 Kia from Whites on Nov, 11. We had planned to test drive several makes and models that day in Casper but, my wife fell in love with this new Kia Optima so we test drove it and bought it on the spot. I would like to say that the sales staff, Gentry in particular, since he is the one who dealt with us, was extremely helpful, polite, friendly and there was absolutely no pressure to buy a vehicle from them. Gentry let us test drive several vehicles and the dealership gave us what I consider to be a fair deal. We were in and out of the dealership with a brand new vehicle in about 3 hours. That included test driving several vehicles, discussing all the paperwork and financing and having the vehicle prepped for us to drive back to Lander. We were very happy with our experience at White's and it was surprisingly a stress free transaction with very professional sales personnel. Don't know about the service department because we have not had anything done there yet. That will occur in about 6 months according to the maintenance schedule in the manual. I would recommend White's to anyone wanting to buy a Kia or Subaru. We are happy customers! Thank you Gentry!!
