I've been a regular at this location for about 2 years and have seen it at its best and worst. Even its worst is still pretty top notch for a cafe. The staff is never rude, though not always very personable. However, they do their job and they do it well as far as I'm concerned. I usually come here to do schoolwork because it is a very conducive environment to be productive. Even when it is busy, it is rather quiet in this shop. Bring some headphones just in case, though. Their music, Coffeehouse Covers, isn't for everyone, and I'm sure larger parties can't always be quiet. You might want to bring a jacket too. It's pretty cold in there.

I love visiting this coffee shop! The staff is always super nice and helpful, the coffee is the best in town and the dining area is a great place for reading or a study session. Also, the salads and sandwiches are satisfying large portions.  You must try It!

Trendy alternative to Starbucks. This chain has a grill for breakfast that isn't heated in a microwave. Only visited one time as I'm not a New Orleans local, however I have good service and good coffee. This décor is lovely.
