I’m giving this location a very poor rating! I felt the hostess profiled me from the time I walked through the door. I had placed an order to go and When I got there she just stared at me. I didn’t think anything of it at first. But then after I paid for my order the hostess gave me back like $3 in quarters!! I asked are you out of dollar bills? She replied yes! I said yea right! I went to someone else working the register and asked if they were out of dollar bills? The guy said NO, Give me the 12 quarters back in return for the dollar bills and apologized for her rudeness..

This was once a great place (best in Metairie) especially during happy hour. Unfortunately, new management has taken over and they are insanely cheap and not personable. 

To top it off, they're running off all the old staff by cutting their hours and basically forcing them to leave in order to make a decent wage. The new owners do not care an ounce about the customers or employees, only their bottom line.

If you're looking for a sake cafe fix, your best bet is to choose another location.

Had a peaceful Sunday night dinner at this location. Friendly wait staff, fast service. I'm not familiar with Sushi, so I appreciate the honesty when I asked the staff what would be good for a person like me.

Such good quality ingredients! The wait staff could be more attentive, but it's understandable during the busy times

I got the sashimi lunch - salmon was fantastic, tuna was a bit dry. Staff was professional and friendly. Very clean, nice seating and atmosphere (definitely not run down like some mom and pop places). Decent price for quality.
