The area has gone downhill, lots of homeless hang out here and the shopping center itself has little in stores to offer, also poorly lit parking lot at night, the km art in West covina also has bad lighting in the dark, can be scary to shop there.

Its a smaller market with sometimes not-so-fresh items in terms of produce and the like, but its convenient and you can find a bit of everything here.
