This is a "smaller" Costco and is laid out different from most of the traditional Costco's I've been too, pretty much everything is on the opposite side of what I'm used to. Typical Costco craziness, in terms of the number of people at any given time. The people who work there are great, I just wish we could convince Costco to start a campaign to make their shoppers more palatable.

The Costco is good. Great staff, usually no hitches. The only thing is City of Industry is getting packed so expect a lot of people, and the selection is not on the higher end due to the city we live in, but that's the only reason I dropped one star, it gets crowded. Nothing Costco can do about it though.

Being a member for more than 10 years, this Costco store is my home store. It gave me surprises every time I visited. Well maintained but always crowded.

La Habra Costco is better. Employees are nice, but there are too many inconsiderate, rude people who shop here. You can see the employees trying to stay positive. Unsatisfactory experience, which is unfortunate for Costco.

It gets too crouded there on weekends specially with the type of demographics that go to that store. The ppl walk super slow and they leave their shopping carts right in the middle of the aisles with no consideration. It gets very annoying. Thats the only thing that bothers me about this costco. The costco in san dimas is much better.
