I usually love fresh brothers well… their pizza but this time I decided to get pizza and salad. BIG MISTAKE! I got the Greek salad and it is terrible! The chickpeas are hard, dry, and powdery which makes me think they must be old or something because I cook with chickpeas all the time and they never have this look nor texture. They put so many on the salad it took forever just to get the top layer off! The picture doesn’t even show how many it was at the bottom ugh. Then the dressing that is usually thin and tasty for a Greek salad was thick like chunky and foggy. I thought maybe it’s just a different recipe but then I got a stomach ache… idk if this salad was sitting out or if they gave me something from the back of the fridge but it is horrible! I’m keeping my receipt just incase I get Really SICK! Fresh Brothers please do better!
I ordered pizza from here two months ago and it never arrived that night The store didn't pick up and then finally closed for the evening without telling me it wouldn't come but they charged my card. I then called the next day and they told me they couldn't reverse charges and had to take it up with corporate. Employee didn't even seem apologetic about what occurred. Called corporate and no one picked up. Left a voicemail detailing my experience. No one ever called me back to acknowledge receipt of the message or apologize for the mistake. Finally called my credit card company to reverse the charges - a process that took almost a month fully happen. Mistakes happen but they don't seem to interested in making it up to their customers when they make them.
This a great location in the center of Brentwood. They were very busy when I was there but my large order was ready in under 15 minutes. The Staff was very professional and efficient. Mauricio, the new manager, told me they have new staff and I could see they were working hard on a hectic Friday night with alot of takeout orders. I tried out several plates: miller special pizza,excellent with alot of meats buffalo wings, garlic knots and very tasty/sweet cinnamon rolls. Everything tasted excellent and the portions were nice sized at more moderate prices compared to other Brentwood restaurants. Highly recommended for takeout pizza, wings and snacks.j
We've been ordering from here for years... Not sure what happened but tonight everything was different... Like they totally changed the recipe to everything! We had to call and reorder thinking they might have prepared it wrong and the second order was still not good! : My lil pizza loving monsters wouldn't even eat it! Way over priced at $50 for a large and medium delivery! So crazy! I guess it's back to the pizza drawing board for us.
I love their pizzas. I’ve been ordering gluten-free for at least 4 years. But now I have discovered Caulipower. I’m so excited that Fresh Bros. is making cauliflower pizza. I just ordered one and can’t wait to sink my teeth in its deliciousness! Yummy! Thank you Fresh Brothers!
Highly recommend getting the wings, they advertise themselves as fresh brothers pizza, but they should seriously consider a rename to Fresh Brothers Wings! Staff is always nice and they will patiently wait to make sure they get your order right over the phone no matter how indecisive you are.
Mr. Goodman and Mr. Riddle, I was just treated like trash for the second time in a week by a young looks 19, brown-haired female employee at the Brentwood Fresh Brothers about the placement of my Covid mask. Manager Anthony knows her name. I HAD A MASK ON, BUT A MALE CUSTOMER AT A TABLE HAD NO MASK ON AND WASN'T HARASSED! I WAS! I have previously seen Fresh Brothers Brentwood employees playing video games including Anthony and making pizza boxes WITH NO MASKS ON, YET I WEAR A MASK AT YOUR BRENTWOOD LOCATION AND AM TREATED LIKE GARBAGE BY THE YOUNG FEMALE EMPLOYEE. ANTHONY, TOO, TOLD ME TO PULL UP MY MASK TODAY. THAT WAS IT FOR ME! I LEFT FRESH BROTHERS AND ORDERED FOOD NEXT DOOR WHERE I WAS TREATED WITH KINDNESS. FRESH BROTHERS LOST BUSINESS! KEEP HARASSING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND FRESH BROTHERS WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS!
This by FAR the best gluten-free pizza I've ever tasted, and I've been gluten-free for over eight years. The crust is crunchy, the texture very satisfying, and the BBQ chicken pizza is delicious. I like their Farmers Market salad the best, although they've screwed up my custom orders on that a few times. They've NEVER screwed up their incredible pizza.
Total from Postmates for this personal pizza that was a little bigger than my hand and a Diet Coke - $17. This isn’t including delivery. You guys...this pizza was inedible. It had the consistency of a stale crouton and tore up the roof of my mouth.
On vacation with my kids and wife and ordered a Large pepperoni pizza from here for a great price! Fabian was the lucky guy who brought it to us in our hotel, not too much of a wait. Everything was brought to us correctly and he was a friendly man!
